What is Elephrame?

Elephrame is an archive of data and ideas.  It was founded in the Fall of 2010 as an "encyclopedia of ideas" by Alisa Robinson after she graduated with a degree in Political Science from the University of Chicago earlier in the year.  Since then, Elephrame has expanded its beyond the collection of ideas to the collection of data on significant events in the United States including the Black Lives Matter movement.
